Service

By accessing or using the NG Technology website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

NG Technology provides digital development, hosting, and consultancy services. All services are subject to specific contracts which supersede these general terms where applicable.

Upon full payment of agreed fees, NG Technology grants the Client full ownership of the developed source code and digital assets, unless specified otherwise in the specific Service Agreement. NG Technology retains the right to use generic code libraries and display the work in portfolios.

In no event shall NG Technology, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
