Because our work is custom and service-based, we typically do not provide full refunds once the agreed work has been delivered. If there is a quality issue within the 30-day warranty period, we fix it at no extra cost.

We fix bugs and issues that fall within the original agreed scope of work and ensure all features described in the contract work as intended. New features or issues caused by third-party changes are not covered.
